Coffee at CLIO
Join us for Coffee at CLIO on Wednesday, December 11th from 8-11AM.
CLIO on McDowell is a 1950s retail and restaurant center that is currently under construction after decades of vacancy. Harder Development is inviting members of PCA’s McDowell Road Revitalization Committee, Miracle Mile Merchant’s Association and Coronado’s Neighborhood Association and anyone else interested in getting a behind the scenes look-see at Miracle Mile’s latest adaptive project.
FYI: This isn’t a fancy building tour. It is a construction site in a very raw state. Harder Development requests that you wear closed-toed shoes and park park off site (at either Guanaquito Restaurant or along 15th Street). So, ditch those high heels, they aren’t allowed! No dogs allowed either. Sorry!
Two Cat Coffee Truck will be on site selling hot cups of Joe and they even have a specialty “Miracle Mile Meow Peppermint Mocha Latte” you can try.
