One of two side-by-side office buildings designed by Architect Al Beadle and completed not long after the construction of Beadle’s iconic “Ma-Bell” building (now demolished).  The building is semi-subterranean with a significant berm against the outer CMU walls.  The post and beam building is capped and decked with steel, allowing a band of clerestory windows to encircle the entire structure for diffused natural light throughout.  The building has been well maintained in significantly original condition.
