Recent improvements include expanded kitchen and cabinets, mature shade trees, water softener and designer finishes. With all the hard work done to the home you’ll get a classic 60’s Modern with upgrades that you expect in today’s contemporary new-build construction. Hurry this one won’t last!

About the design and history: Allied Construction built thousands of quality, Post-War homes in the Phoenix Metro area throughout the 1950s and 1960s. Twin brothers “Chick” and “Art” Schreiber designed this trademark mid-century modern elevation for Allied, which was featured in several Allied communities. There are only approximately 50 of the mid-century modern elevation homes in the top Allied communities, making it something of a rarity. Trademark features of this design are the low-sloped roof, front wall of windows, exposed beams, tapered front patio posts and the telltale detail; fenestrated blockwork found at the entry.
