Kristi Matthews

Kristi is a native Phoenician who comes to azarchitecture with a high level of skill in customer relations and social media.

After attending the University of Arizona she honed her customer relations skills in retail, joining azarchitecture after obtaining her Arizona Real Estate License in 2013.  As our “go-to” Marketing Assistant, she’s kept busy handling all the details here from A-Z including property showings and events.

Kaytie Bootz

Kaytie is a 3rd Generation Arizona Native who has brought a passion for detail and a dedication to service to her successful real estate career for over twelve years!

She has extensive remodel experience in both the Arcadia and McCormick ranch areas where she and her husband has transformed serval homes into showcases.   An excellent listener and communicator she loves working with people and hunting for just the “right find”.  Listing or Selling; from Ranch to Modern,  Kaytie knows the territory!

Jack London

Jack has finance and economics degrees but has left Wall Street permanently, favoring the desert life instead. There was no better place to begin his appreciation for historic and modern living than Manhattan. He found where those two genres can live in harmony in a three story converted factory loft overlooking the famed skyline. The high-rise views and tree-lined streets of the Roosevelt Historic district are now his home and he found another mix of old and new in a 1927 modernized duplex.

Jack is involved in the neighborhood associations and actively promotes all of the new businesses and transformations of downtown Phoenix, as well as Tempe and Scottsdale. Specialties include lofts, condos, and townhomes in the metro areas of the valley as well as the historic districts.

Kristen Ashhurst

Kristen Ashhurst is an East Coast native with a strong connection to the arts. She has lived all over the world and traveled even more extensively but has found a love for the quality of life and “dreams made possible” in the Valley of the Sun. She has a long, extensive career in the hospitality industry as well as in sales. These experiences have helped to shape her connection to clients and willingness to go the extra mile for those she encounters.

When Kristen first started in real estate, she knew she wanted to grow and learn as quickly as she could in this new industry. Shortly thereafter, she saw Alison Hamlet speaking at a forum and decided instantly that this was the person she could learn best from and assertively asked for help and the opportunity to work together. For the past few years, the two have built many joint client successes as a result.

Kristen also has a unique and highly creative spirit with a heart for animals and an ear for music. She is trained as an Opera singer at the New England Conservatory and the University of CA, Irvine and performed in many venues. Although her team is still awaiting her to burst into song during a signing, they see her “creativity of thought” in action daily. She is a nature lover, truly outdoorsy and an adventurer at the end of the day, pushing herself to new heights, whether running a 200 mile team relay race or hiking to the top of Mount Sinai in Egypt. For her clients, this “Just Do It” attitude establishes a mentality of success as Kristen finds out-of-the-box ways to problem solve for them.

Bridget Lawrence

Bridget is Alison Hamlet’s Transaction Manager and “organizer extraordinaire of all things”! The two met when she decided to move to Arizona from Nevada when her husband got accepted into law school. Bridget hired Alison as her real estate agent in Arizona to buy her a house, and she was sold on the process and experience. The rest is history.

At that time, Bridget was inspiring high school mathematics students in her advanced classes. Though she loved the challenge and opportunity to work with high school students, she dreamed of venturing into the business world and diversifying her skills. She has been a real estate investor since she was in her early 20’s! Her background in teaching and as a serious athlete taught her to be a successful communicator, great at building relationships and a team player with a strong will to win! Although highly analytical and smart, she has a creative side as well that compliments the Alison Hamlet team. When the opportunity arose to work with a highly qualified business professional like Alison, Bridget jumped in with both feet. Alison Hamlet

Alison graduated from the University of Arizona, earned a master’s degree from Northern Arizona University and moved to the Phoenix area in 1995. In architecture school she embraced form and function and fell in love with the idea of design and it’s ability to enhance one’s life. From cool contemporaries to charming historic homes, Alison is able to see and bring to life the unique story behind each property. Alison is passionate about sustainable living. She actively serves as a GREEN designated realtor and supports the US Green Building Council in its efforts to bring more high-performance home education to the real estate industry and consumers. She is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and the Paradise Valley Luxury Home Tour.

Business person first, REALTOR® second, Alison is “serious as the day is long” in her approach to her clients’ success. Beginning her career as an award-winning political science teacher, she transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry and rose through the ranks to an executive leading mergers, acquisitions, organizational development and labor negotiations. In that fast-paced, high-octane world, she developed the ability to quickly assess needs and find effective solutions and strategies. With this fine-tuned skill set, she has taken the real estate industry by storm. Alison believes that architecture can transform peoples’ lives and her number one goal is to develop that WIN for her clients.

Alison shares her own home with her husband and daughter, two rescue puppies, two rescue tortoises, and her chickens. Urban farm-life is her sanctuary, along with many other adventures, including traveling and discovering new places and people all over the world.

Kathy Rios

Kathy has been active in the real estate business for over 11 years now and takes pride in delivering a high level of customer service to her clients. Dedication to service is more than just lip service with Kathy: she is committed to answering phone calls and promptly responding to all text messages and emails! Tech-savvy, she often shares images and videos to help her out-of-state clients. Arlee Reach

Arlee has spent her life studying, acquiring, appreciating, and selling her passion: fine design and unique lifestyles. From her early days at UCLA where she studied environmental design, to her days selling Knoll residential and commercial furniture, to her own firm – It’s All About Time, LLC, – which managed outsourced concierge and management projects for more than a dozen high and mid-rise residential condominium communities, Arlee has shared a keen appreciation for design and managed to couple it with her professional approach to customer relationships.

In her current position at azarchitecture Arlee specializes in urban lifestyle properties – homes, condos, and town homes – in Phoenix, Scottsdale, PV, and Tempe. She is an avid collector of contemporary art and photography, and has been a longtime member of Contemporary Forum and InFocus support groups at Phoenix Art Museum. She, her spouse, and Terrier, Henry, live in a contemporary condo in mid-town Phoenix. Ryan Puddy

Jennifer offers a unique background of fashion and marketing. Attending the University of Michigan and the ASU MBA Services Marketing Program, Jennifer spent the majority of her career in sales and fashion in Chicago. Always enjoying finding the best solution for her clients was her primary focus. Eventually making her way back to Arizona, Jennifer decided to put her love of sales to work in the real estate industry. She brings her business acumen coupled with a passion for working directly with the client to azarchitecture/Jarson & Jarson. Jennifer has an eye for detail and knows how to put the client’s needs first. Jennifer is creative, hard-working, and dedicated to her clients.

Sherry Cameron

Sherry grew up in Paradise Valley, her family having spread deep roots here. Her personal journey included receiving an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and extensive work in the real estate and relocation industries in far-flung Singapore and Sydney, Australia.

But her roots eventually brought her back! Now settled in thriving Central Phoenix with a strong network of friends and family, she is anchored in the emerging creative community here. Sherry is also a member of the Arizona State University Art Museum Creative Impact Board.

Tracey Zemer

Arizona has been Tracey’s home since she was a teen. She has spent her entire career in sales, both in Real Estate and Advertising. Over the years Tracey and her husband have enjoyed the process of remodeling several condominiums and homes. Tracey has a keen design sense and her passion for superb service has made her consistently appreciated by her clients. She works in all areas of real estate but is especially knowledgeable about the Arcadia, Paradise Valley and Urban Home Markets
