Al Beadle is best known as one of the Case Study architects, and then regionally for his strong influence on desert modernism. Beadle graced the Phoenix Mountain Preserve with his only single family home project, the Paradise Gardens Subdivision. Avant garde for the era, the clean lines, flat roofs, and more open floorplans now have multi-generational appeal.
This Saguaro model is in beautiful original condition. It has been well maintained and mechanical systems have been updated. Banks of sliding glass doors and large windows in the living room and kitchen help bring the light and feel of the outdoor spaces inside. Another more private patio is off the master bedroom.
