The fully-featured kitchen is separated from the great room space by a black venetian plaster wall at serving height capped with non-directional, polished-edged stainless-steel plate as are the kitchen counters. GE Monogram appliances and a French-door refrigerator complement this modernist decor. Generous European-style cabinets offer ‘pull out’ chrome storage drawers, plus an 8’ high pantry cabinet, wine rack and open “cookbook” shelf.  The 21’ feet of kitchen workspace provides abundant space for food, prep and cooking.

The layout includes entry, hidden coat closet, liv/din/kitchen ‘great room’, guest powder room with full tub/shower (currently set up for storage), and laundry room with full size stacked Bosch washer/dryer unit. An open home office/studio (convertible to a second bedroom) includes a custom maple desk, full wall of book shelving, built-in storage cabinets and a paneled ‘tack-up wall’. Floor to ceiling windows face north for views and light.

Custom lighting adds dramatic flair in all the major living spaces (entry, kitchen, great room, Master BR, office/studio and balcony deck).  Floor to ceiling windows are equipped with manually operated shades, and operable vent windows offer fresh air.
