Description

Presenting an unassuming facade to the street, this delightful home is a study in elegant Modernism created by Architectural designer Michael P. Johnson.
But once inside the private entry court, your world expands as the composition of elegant white stucco volumes extend a welcome mat in the form of a cantilevered steel entry canopy that directs you into light-filled interiors, and extends through the home to form the view platform/balcony to the South that overlooks a lap/reflecting pool, lake and Mountain views.

Soaring interior volumes are anchored by a signature u-shaped stair constructed of plate steel boldly painted black and yellow. The folded steel-sculpture of the stair is softened by clear bamboo wood treads, that bring you to the main Bedroom and office level.
