Dana has been in the real estate world for 24 years, spending her first 12 years in mortgage. After starting a family, she felt the need for a more flexible schedule and took the leap into residential real estate, eventually co-owning a small brokerage and interior design studio. For Dana, home is a personal sanctuary—a place for rest and renewal. She brings that belief into her work, guiding both buyers and sellers through their unique real estate journeys.
Drawn to buildings with character and history, Dana’s first home was a 1936 Tudor in downtown Phoenix’s F.Q. Story Historic District. Now residing with her family in North Central Phoenix, she’s honed her skills at infusing character and charm into any architectural style of home, including her 1954 Ranch!
With additional experience in social media marketing combined with her background in mortgage and design, Dana brings a unique perspective to every real estate transaction. From keeping everything organized and running smoothly to staging and marketing to thinking outside the box to realize a home’s potential, she helps her clients achieve their real estate goals.
Dana is a U of A graduate married to an ASU graduate (which has sharpened her already keen negotiation and peacekeeping skills). Outside of real estate, she’s passionate about home design, organization, gardening, and cooking. She also loves spending time with her husband, their amazing son, and three rescue dogs.
