A conceptual in-fill residential home based on a module that would fit easily on most urban lots as typical for our area. SIPS panels allow for easy assembly and modification/expansion.

Conceived as an obtainable solution for Modern housing in most any setting, the targeted construction cost was anticipated at less than $350,000 making it a viable site-built competitor to modular/prefab construction.  This project was never completed.
