Description

Located on one of the most beautiful streets in Phoenix, this home is a good example of what can be found in the Los Olivos Tract, a historic addition that comprises the second half of the venerable “WILLO” moniker.

In this area you’ll find one of the largest historic neighborhoods showcasing Tudor, Spanish Revival, Bungalow, Craftsman and Ranch styles built between the 1920s and 1930s. The Monte Vista Neighborhood (Los Olivos Historic District) is quite an old tract for Phoenix, with some residences dating back to the teens (as in 1918!).

At this time of these photos the home’s remodeling was 90% complete. 3 Home also features a very large Guest House and detached 2 Car Garage. It was awaiting some landscape and interior cosmetic finishes.
