This dramatic urban residence was designed by Architect Will Bruder FAIA as a custom pied-à-terre. 604 One Lexington offers a unique custom designed living environment perched six stories above the urban mix with spectacular mountain views.
The interior architecture and finishes of this home have been totally reimagined by the current owners, architect Will Bruder and his wife Louise Roman, to complement a refined minimalist aesthetic; every room and detail have been carefully coordinated, integrated and considered.
Located on the northeast corner of this concrete/steel tower on the 6th floor (65’ above the street) the home enjoys 180-degree panoramic mountain and city views through walls of floor to ceiling glass. An inset balcony and 11’6” exposed concrete ceilings make this space feel infinite.
Design choices amplify the vertical scale and spaciousness of the home. Large format select OSB wood grace the floor for a “sandy beach” look and feel that is soft on the foot.
