Brittainy joins the growing azarchitecture team after a long career as marketing director/office manager with a local dentist office, Studio B Smiles (the official cosmetic and team dentist of the Phoenix Suns and AZ Diamondbacks)! She has a versatile skill set with experience in patient education, counseling, management, customer service, marketing and sales, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. She also has extensive marketing skills and has negotiated advertising and promotional contracts with local and national magazines, the Phoenix Suns, the Phoenix Suns Dancers, the Phoenix Mercury, the Arizona Rattlers, and the ABC Show Extreme Weight Loss. Brittainy has a BA in Psychology from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and an MS in Marriage, Family & Child Therapy from University of Phoenix.
Brittainy is a dedicated professional with a passion for helping others. Most recently, she obtained her Arizona Real Estate License in order to serve azarchitecture customers to the fullest as a REALTOR®.

From the Golden Gate to the Grand Canyon State, Peggy has made Arizona her home since 1995. Originally from San Francisco, Peggy and her husband moved to Arizona with intentions of moving back to the city, but fell in love with the desert and decided to make Scottsdale their home.
After graduating from the University of the Pacific with a degree in Finance, she worked for investment firms and in the mutual fund industry until moving to Arizona and deciding to make real estate her career.
Peggy loves all things real estate, from design, architecture and landscape and has a wealth of knowledge to assist you in finding your perfect home. Peggy predominantly works in the Scottsdale area but has worked with clients and properties throughout the Valley. From new construction to Mid-Century to golf course communities, Peggy has expert knowledge of all types of homes!

Clayton “Clay” Olsen is a rare Arizona native and, because of this, has developed an exceptional knowledge of local sub-markets, having also built an extensive network of relationships. In 2005 Clay obtained his real estate salesperson’s license and in 2008 became a real estate broker, followed by businessman, and real estate investor. Clay grew up in Cave Creek and has done the bulk of his business in the north valley. He attended Paradise Valley Community College, where he studied civil engineering and business finance. After graduation he decided to take his career in a different direction and elected to get his real estate license to learn real estate investing from an inside perspective. Clay spent most of his career in residential resale with the past 5 years in multi-family commercial. He has owned and rehabbed many properties and enjoys investing in same.

She has supported and worked with many organizations that encourage racial equality in our world. She also supports programs that help our seniors age in place with grace and dignity.
Brooke is a proud Phoenician of 37 years with extensive knowledge of Desert Mountain, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, Midtown and Uptown Phoenix.
Brooke has gained a great customer service background throughout her career, beginning in the hospitality industry, owning her own newspaper for 15 years, and most recently spending 20 years in the Real Estate Education industry. She brings this emphasis for great customer service to every client with the mission to make every transaction as smooth as possible with great communication and service.
Brooke is excited to join the azarchitecture team and shares their passion for great Arizona architecture. She particularly enjoys Mid-century Modern, contemporary and historic district architecture, and is even restoring her own modern ranch in the Willo historic district in downtown Phoenix.
When she’s not restoring her home, Brooke enjoys yoga, theater arts music and scuba diving in far off islands.
Brooke shares her home with her husband, Nate and her two children, Jack and Ava. They all share a passion for animal rescue and have two rescue dogs and a rescue cat.

As an established member of the azarchitecture team, Monica is accomplished in both property management and residential real estate sales. While her experience in residential sales and managing top-to-bottom renovations laid the foundation for her real estate career in 2012, she has also worked in the high-pressure world of property management. What makes her successful at all of these comes from a particular combination of talents, interests, and personal experience.
One of the key foundations to Monica’s success as a REALTOR® is her Master’s Degree in Education. Monica understands that knowledge is power and the ability to communicate information among all parties is key to a transaction’s ultimate success.
Her background in history and a love for design and architecture have followed her through multiple relocations—across the country, across the state, and across town. She has experienced firsthand the often daunting process of relocation and has the innate ability to understand her client’s needs.
In the realm of property management, Monica’s experience includes supervising major renovation projects involving multiple contractors, as well as having booked and managed up to 100 short-term/vacation rentals per year. At azarchitecture, she manages multiple properties on long-term leases.

Bridget is Alison Hamlet’s Transaction Manager and “organizer extraordinaire of all things”! The two met when she decided to move to Arizona from Nevada when her husband got accepted into law school. Bridget hired Alison as her real estate agent in Arizona to buy her a house, and she was sold on the process and experience. The rest is history.
At that time, Bridget was inspiring high school mathematics students in her advanced classes. Though she loved the challenge and opportunity to work with high school students, she dreamed of venturing into the business world and diversifying her skills. She has been a real estate investor since she was in her early 20’s! Her background in teaching and as a serious athlete taught her to be a successful communicator, great at building relationships and a team player with a strong will to win! Kristen Ashhurst is an East Coast native with a strong connection to the arts. She has lived all over the world and traveled even more extensively but has found a love for the quality of life and “dreams made possible” in the Valley of the Sun. She has a long, extensive career in the hospitality industry as well as in sales. These experiences have helped to shape her connection to clients and willingness to go the extra mile for those she encounters.
When Kristen first started in real estate, she knew she wanted to grow and learn as quickly as she could in this new industry. Shortly thereafter, she saw Alison Hamlet speaking at a forum and decided instantly that this was the person she could learn best from and assertively asked for help and the opportunity to work together.
