Inspired by Beadle’s ingenious design, By Design Development brings a fresh perspective to the style, asking, ”What Would Beadle Do?” This question became central to the renovation of Three Fountains #28. The vision embraced Beadle’s low-profile & clean lines, while introducing a rich and timeless palette that is approachable, soft, and elegantly inviting. Assembling an expert team featuring award winning interior design by Lawrence Lake Interiors, w/ architect Ned Sawyer, and Scott Jarson, Lake’s ‘Beadle NOW’ concept embodies the essence of Three Fountains #28. The vision for Three Fountains #28 seamlessly combines Beadle’s signature low-profile and clean lines with a rich, timeless color palette, creating an inviting atmosphere that radiates sophistication. To realize this harmonious concept, By Design Development assembled a team of renowned experts, featuring Lawrence Lake Interiors and including architect Ned Sawyer, Beadle’s long-time collaborator, and Scott Jarson.

Three Fountains #28 features soft marble flooring in the primary bath, completely new cabinetry throughout, a stackable washer & dryer, and a beautifully landscaped back patio. The kitchen has been functionally reimagined, featuring an eat-in kitchen island, Beadle Ball pendants, and a full-sized French door fridge.

The secondary suite is set for an updated office, and terrazzo tiles adorn both indoor and outdoor spaces. Rare blue and green original glass reveals, along with a glass door reveal opening up the foyer, create a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. The property features a water feature and mirrored yard, expanding spaces while showcasing concrete and Mid-Century aesthetics.

Additional highlights include commercial-grade carpeting, painted block walls, Euro cabinetry, a glass reveal walk-in shower, built-in closets, spider uplighting, floating vanities, and high-end fixtures.
